SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Dermis Discovery. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7-15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note:
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to:
• PO Boxes (at this time)
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (at this time)
• International addresses
If you need shipping to one of these locations, please contact us at support@dermisdiscovery.store and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
• Tracking number
• Carrier information
• Estimated delivery date
• Link to track your package
You can track your order at any time by:
1. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
2. Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
3. Contacting us at dermisdiscovery@gmail.com
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and other regional carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
The specific carrier for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
1. Check with neighbors or household members
2. Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, etc.)
3. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
4. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered before actual delivery)
If your package is confirmed lost or stolen:
• Contact us at dermisdiscovery@gmail.com with in 48 hours of the delivery date
• We will work with the carrier to file a claim
• We will replace your order or issue a refund once the claim is resolved
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
2. Contact us immediately at dermisdiscovery@gmail.com
3. Include your order number and photos
4. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you
Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until we have reviewed your claim.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address
• Additional shipping fees may apply to reship to the correct address
• Contact us immediately at dermisdiscovery@gmail.com if you realize your address is incorrect
ADDRESS CHANGES
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
If you need to change your address:
• Contact us immediately at dermisdiscovery@gmail.com
• If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address
• If the order has already shipped, you will need to contact the carrier directly
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Since we currently only ship within the United States, there are no customs fees or international duties.
HOLIDAYS AND PEAK SEASONS
During holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.):
• Processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days
• Carrier delivery times may be longer than usual
• We will notify you of any expected delays via email
